    トレーニングの間に休憩があるのでやりやすい。休憩中にタップしてすぐトレーニングを始めることもできるのもいい。音声もあるので使いやすいです。

    すごく簡単に腹筋のメニューを組んでくれて便利です。 週に2.3回ジムに通っているのですが、腹筋に関しては毎日でも行いたいのでアプリをダウンロードしました。 1日に5セット程度はやった方がいいと思いますし、休憩時間が長いのでスキップして連続で行った方がいいと思いますし、行えるレベルの内容です。 このアプリではセクション事に消費カロリーが表示されるのですが、軽い腹筋メニューを6分程度やっただけで220キロカロリー消費されたと表示されました。22キロカロリーの間違いでしょうか? どちらにせよ220キロカロリーなんて100%消費出来る内容ではないので、動いた分食べようなんて事になればしっかり太れますので気をつけましょう!
