The app will automatically layout the weights and reps for each workout day.

Tapping on the weight plate logo will take you to the upcoming workout session. You can also deviate from the order select any lift any time. Perform the lifts and save it.

    It's the only weightlifting app I use. Dev helps you with any issues and is always on top of changes. I would like to see an update for adjusting the 1RM percentages while performing the day split.

    If there's a better weight training app I've yet to find it. Love this as once setup it's so easy to use. Update August 2022. After a long time of not using this app due to an injury I'm back using it again. Still fantastic and I love the integration with Google Fit.
