    The first day u wasn't so sure that this was going to work because other workout havent worked for me, the first day I definitely felt the burn, the second day I definitely saw a small difference, but the third day I stepped on the scale and I dropped 4 ponds already! I was so had and I started seeing muscle and my thighs have gone down and the workouts are getting easier for me, and others people started to notice on the 5th day!! All I have to say is Wow and don't take my weight lose as a complete example because everyones body is different, and everyone is beautiful just the way they are I think weight loss is for u to divide if u want self goals?. And a little ps. Other people are going to see more of a difference in you then you are going to see in yourself, so stay motivated and workout everyday and u WILL see the difference in you self!
