    Terrible customer service. We used Vrbo to book a home in March for August. 4 days before our arrival date in August we received an email saying our booking had been canceled. We contacted Vrbo and they did absolutely nothing for us. If we would have canceled 4 days prior to arrival we would have lost all our money, but when vrbo/the home owner cancel all we get is our money back and nothing to accommodate us for our troubles in trying to find a new place in 4 days?! I will never use Vrbo again
