    The 5€ per year payment was locked even though my card is fully operational. I know more people with the same issue. I send emails and nobody answers. I call the hotline and nobody answers. These people work less than the government officers in Spain (and that's difficult to beat).

    Ich habe mein Benutzerkonto aufgeladen. Wenn ich ein Fahrrad ausleihen will, erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung, dass meine Buchung nicht gefunden werden konnte. Nach mehrmaligen Versuchen erhalte ich die Meldung, dass ich mein Limit für die Fahrradausleihe überschritten haben soll. Wenn ich in der App auf "Support" tippe, erhalte ich eine Fehlermeldung, dass die Seite nicht gefunden wurde.
