    Come on SCE. For a multimillion dollar company you could hire even a single qualified app developer to fix all the issues with this app that merely links to a website. This is pathetic. Half the time the app/site is down and I can’t even log in to check my account status. So many smaller utilities and companies have far better apps. Why can’t SCE get its act together? Need more proof? Just look at all your reviews.

    RUINED this app with the redesign. Removed pretty much every single useful feature. Can’t see usage of any kind. No prediction for current bill. Can’t see what tier currently in. And on and on. Whoever decided to do this update needs to be fired! Seriously it is THAT useless!!! Made the app USELESS to track usage or get any real data whatsoever. No more monthly/daily/hourly graphs or ANYTHING! Can pay your bill, report outages and that is pretty much it. And yet it loads everything SLOWER than the old app, which was slow as molasses already! SCE you should be ashamed. SCE is a terrible company, greedy and incompetent as well, but didn’t expect them to release an app THIS bad! Revert to the old app please and FIRE the entire team who decided this was the future of this app. I’m serious, there is no excuse for this.

    The main reason I used the app was to be able to see my daily usage and monitor it. I can no longer do that or can’t find it. That needs to change, otherwise it’s practically useless and I the rare times I’d need to look at my account I could just use their online portal. So now I can’t monitor what’s happening and could be stuck stuck with a high monthly bill. Please listen SCE and add that feature or make it obvious and I’ll change my rating.

    This new version took away the ability to view and track my daily power usage. Now I am blind until I get my bill. Edison obviously doesn’t want it’s customers tracking usage because it highlights how solar is a better option. They are probably losing tons of usage to solar and this new app is a way to slow the exodus. The previous version was great and allowed us to manage control of when to use AC and appliances more efficiently. Calbevo
