We love Applebee’s for their food but more for their customer service. We have a favorite waitress And we won’t sit in another section- we wait for an opening in Shawna’s section even on super busy nights. She knows what we drink, how we like our meat cooked, What we like and she even makes great recommendations based on her knowledge of us and it’s never gone wrong. She treats us like royalty, she hugs us before we leave, we know about each other’s kids like who graduates when, she has become our Applebee’s friend that don’t happen everywhere you go but we like it. We pass about 2 other locations to get to the one on 51 Curtner Ave in San Jose because of her great attitude and smile, i don’t usually give reviews unless I’m ticked off about something but not this time. We look forward to our date nights, thank you Applebee’s.

Our Activities Director was going to be gone and our scheduled Applebee’s pickup for our nursing home. Instead of canceling I was able to place my order next day as a guest (to begin with) and was so impressed with the APP that it allowed a pickup date, time in advance, and the store I was going to. After paying it allowed me (yes allowed because I was so upset that I only did my first visit as a guest) to join as a regular customer with the extra benefits. I don’t know why these people are saying these things about the app. I was able to get a medium steak and added mushrooms to it, I and added cheese to my mashed potatoes! My green beans were awesome, my whole meal was! This was a pickup meal that came from Lake Mary to Sanford and was still hot, ice in drinks weren’t melted. Hats off to our Asst. Activities Dir. and y’all for a great meal!
