If you use Wear App for customization then it might get crashed at first time but try it again it will work 2nd time if not then try again still not then I am afraid you have to use watch's customization menu to customize the watch face. It's a bug from Samsung which appears on the watch faces with lots of customization options like this one have, Sorry for the inconvenience till Samsung fix it I can't do much in it.

This app is rubbish, doesn't work, it will not load as selected face. Have asked for a refund through play store, which has been rejected???? Don't waste your money...
