Make your life experiences simpler and stay in control with Zenith Mobile Banking app. Manage your finances; make card settlements, transfer funds and make payments using QR (Quick Response codes). How do I Register? To register, simply download the app and select any of the three (3) registration options 1. With Hardware Token a) Enter Account number and Continue b) Click Hardware Token c) Enter the Token from the device and Token PIN • Create and confirm Password (six digits) • Create and confirm Mobile PIN (four digits) • Click on Submit (Operation Successful) d) The user is required to enter Account Number and Password to log on. 2. With Card a) Enters Account Number and Continue b) Select Card c) Enter the Last Six Digits of the Card and Card Pin • Create and Confirm Password (six digits) • Create and Confirm Mobile PIN (four digits) • Clicks on Submit (Operation Successful) d) The user is required to enter Account Number and Password to log on to the App. 3.     I would expect the developers take UX into consideration before making an upgrade. But we all know ‘nobody cares’. The new features which I’m yet to use is a welcome addition but if my experience with the app in general isn’t pleasant, what’s the point?! I prefer the old version.

    The December 2021 zenith bank update caused things that worked before to stop working. Whoever signed off on the update and then agreed to push it out should be sacked immediately. I live in the UK so don’t have the luxury of strolling to a zenith bank branch in Nigeria. So I was mortified when I had to register my details again. By some miracle, I re-registered. But now my problem is that my account is capped at $N100k per day, the app buttons at the bottom are labelled in a nonsensical way which makes it confusing to transact (page_1_title) what does this even mean!? To make things even worse, there is a glitch that prevents me from sending more than $N90. Yes ninety naira! When I try to put more zeros it doesn’t allow. So what’s the point of having a banking app that doesn’t allow you to send money? This has to go down as one of the worst bank app updates in history.     Woke up only to find out app has been updated now I can’t access my account as I have to re-register. I live in the UK so can’t go to a branch. Don’t have atm card. Token blocked tried to unlock, not working. They don’t respond the chats, wasted money to call, just drops after staying on for so long. I was using the app before, I see no reason why there is no option to just login again rather than re-registering. My money is locked in the acct.

    I thought new updates are supposed to be an upgrade from what use to be to a newer stuff that’s cool. I just woke up this morning and zenith app had logged me out and all I can’t see on the screen is register and open an account. I want to do an important transaction now and can’t log in because of this stupidity. Well thank God I have a scheduled monthly transfer from my account. It will continue transfer till the money that’s in that account finishes and I will stop using them. What incompetence. Who’s the project manager and BA that handled this stupid update project.

    App logged me out with the new update and wouldn’t let me log back in without a OTP and guess what I am in the UK haven’t been back in Nigeria for 2 years but I still use the App. Now I can’t log in because you need an OTP and I don’t have access to my phone number. It wouldn’t let me log back in with the last 6 numbers of my card. This should be looked at I have money in my account I can’t use and I am sure you guys keep taking charges. Changing banks as soon as I get back to Nigeria. I am SO DONE WITH ZENITH!
