Following his passion of food & hospitality, he purchased China Panda in Villa Park, CA. China Panda was an authentic Chinese restaurant that has been a local favorite for over 25 years. His plan was to use the previous owners’ unforgettable authentic recipes and put his own spin on things. Utilizing his many years of retail & marketing experience, his concept was created, \"Wok Hei\" meaning \"Breath of the wok\". His vision was to create a concept that focuses on providing FAST. FRESH. CHINESE food made to order with fresh simple quality ingredients for take-out and delivery. Although China Panda continues to thrive in Villa park, the first flagship \"Wok Hei\" was opened in March of 2019 in Tustin, CA. The smaller footprint open kitchen concept turned out beautiful & yes we did leave some room for dining in. Future plans of more Wok Hei locations coming soon to Orange County, California.
