    Can't use tickets when changing a phone. You face the same issue if phone gets lost or stolen. Uefa can't fix issue remotely.

    When entering your details to obtain match tickets, if you go outside the app to do something else, it does not remember and takes you back to the first screen where you have to enter your details again, from the beginning. Useless app!
