    After many tries, video identification simply does not work.

    disaster. ubs should be ashamed. 45 minutes with them , over wifi and 4g. each time not possible and new instructions what to try. Tried another smaller bank, took 5minutes and the account was setup. You would expect exactly the opposite. Guess UBS is really still focused on physical visit to the teller.

    Absolutely horrible experience! Constant delays, could not be understood, sat in the same i do all my video calls on a daily basis yet they could not secure a connection that didn't have a 5 second delay, scrambled image and taking multiple pictures of my documents because it wasn't working. Over 20 minutes of frustration! I felt sorry for the poor woman trying to make this system work. They set her up to fail.
