Standard Features:
* Advanced Trip Planner - map out your journey from point A to B, know the route you’re going to take and see when you will arrive. Set notifications to routes or stops to get True-Time® arrival, departure and delay information sent to your device. Favorite a route to make it easy to find next time you travel.
* Routes - view specific information on all routes available to you including route schedules, route maps, and stop-by-stop details so you can plan every trip ahead of time.

Optional Features:
* On Demand - request an on-demand ride in your service area and get a real-time view of all available vehicles.
Reservations - from the Trip Planner book a reservation to secure your space for a future ride.
* Boarding - for ticketless boarding utilize your device’s Bluetooth and select Boarding to see your approaching vehicle and present your digital pass to the driver.

    Left before time shown on app. The app showed that shuttle D leaves at 5:02PM from 1050 winter street on 15th July 2022. I reached by 5:00PM and saw it go infront of me. The driver of shuttle D at 5:40PM from 1050 winter street to alewife was very rude. I simply went to clarify and he shunned me away for no reason. I hate these shuttles and hope to get a car soon to avoid them. This could be such a nice opportunity to avoid cars, but there's clearly no intent from the drivers or the agency.

    Can't even log in, app won't recognize my Corp account for some reason.

    This app has failed many, many times. The owners are aware of this failure. Maybe they care to fix but maybe not. Call the dispatcher telephone number. App removed from my mobile phone.

    Bad app in many ways but let’s discuss the trip planner. Flaw 1: Search results peppered with long, indirect routes nobody uses, crowding out the fast, direct routes you’re actually looking for. Flaw 2: It insists on inserting walking times, much slower than I actually walk, making it difficult (sometimes impossible) to see actual departure times. These issues make the trip planner essentially useless. Two simple settings (“nonstop only” & “include walking times”) would help so much.
