    Terrible connectivity, always crashing or have to resign in which makes you miss important messages or makes the child unable to call. Always issues with watch itself as well as poor battery life. Have had 3 warranty replacements due to sim card malfunctions and no connection to cell service. All around poor device and poor app especially for something so sensitive and important as your children.

    The app has very delayed alerts, I dont get alerted my child has gotten home til 8hrs later, and GPS at times does not show updated locations.. which is one of the main reasons for having the watch so that's pretty upsetting.
