I have always been told how great therapy is. I never thought about actually going until I knew that my school gave it to me for free. With FANTASTIC, certified therapists, I have finally started a successful journey to much needed mental health. College students are in a really stressful transition period. With so many choices of therapists, I have found people that are tailored to my needs and life. It has given me guidance, reduction of stress, and someone to just listen to me when I need it. Try one session. They have times that literally fit any schedule. They go as early as 7am to 9pm at night EVERY day of the week. If you need immediate help with a problem, they have a 24/7 call center. I have used this so many times to just have someone to walk me through a stressful situation or a much needed perspective. I called this morning being a first time patient not knowing exactly how to go about scheduling a visit. I spoke to Alexis on the phone and she made it feel like she was right there with me walking me through the process! I was able to schedule my visit and get my medication within 5 minutes. Love this company and would recommend to any student!! Never going anywhere else.

I have TimelyCare through my college, which provides counseling for free. Free isn’t good enough. I had an appointment at 1:30 pm… and the provider didn’t bother calling. Literally at all. It says “the provider will call you” but I didn’t get a call… just an email 15 minutes later saying my provider cancelled. Really? I was waiting that whole time with my app open. In the past, I got an appointment with a different provider. She was fine… but she called significantly late and ended early. It’s also absolutely impossible to find the same provider you had before. So you can never get consistent service with the same person and evolve in your therapy.

I had a spider bite on my shoulder that wasn’t looking so good a week after it happened but I didn’t have much time to go to an in person visit! So thankful that a quick TimelyCare virtual visit was an option- the doc was able to see my bite from using my camera and prescribed me a stronger cream to help it go down. Perfect!! Love how easy it is to get help with TimelyCare.

I have used TimelyCare doctors various times for my 3 year old and myself. They never fail to listen, diagnose and assist me where they can. I highly recommend them. Obviously they aren’t an emergency room where you can get labs done but they can assist with minor issues so you don’t have to wait in an emergency room/urgent care for two to three hours. 100% recommend!
