Time Jitters is an app artwork based on an interactive installation at the Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art in Charleston, SC. In this app animated clips, connected to random sounds (created by Yiorgos Vassilandonakis and Seth Stoudenmier for the installation) can be scaled and repositioned creating a collage of overlapping visual and sonic elements.
