    Paying for orders via this app is an effing nightmare. For Pete's sake THD! Does anyone truly test this sorry app? It's just not that blasted difficult a requirement. THD needs to reevaluate why the app exists in the first place. Current level of performance isn't helping the store's image.

    Hi I purchased a microwave on June 27, and it was broken straight from the box Samsung came out to look at it and said it's not covered under the warranty but I do have the protection plan with I never received information on is the a way you can help. I tried calling numerous times with no answer all I get is let me get you to someone that can help or put on hold. I will never get appliances from either again. And I was told to get a lawyer I'm stressed
