Description
Making Tiramisù Together with Tessa you're going to prepare a delicious tiramisù. Step by step you follow the recipe. For a delicious tiramisù you need the following ingredients: 1 vanilla pod 3 egg yolks 100 g of sugar 200 g mascarpone cheese (creamy Italian cheese) 150 ml cooled espresso (or strong coffee) 4 tablespoons coffee flavor 8 Ladyfinger biscuits 4 tablespoons cocoa powder Grab the vanilla pod and scrape out the marrow. Place a smaller bowl in the pan with boiling water (the bowl should not touch the water). Lower the heat. Put the egg yolks with the sugar and the vanilla pod into the bowl. Whisk them up with the mixer and make a thick cream. When done let the cream cool down. Stir up the mascarpone with 3 tablespoons of espresso. Mix it lightly and carefully with the egg yolk cream. Fill the four cups with half of the tiramisu cream. Stir the coffee flavor and the rest of the espresso in a deep plate. Break the Ladyfingers in two, dip the halves in the espresso mixture and casually put them into the cups. Cover the Ladyfingers with the remaining half of the tiramisu cream. Dust the cups with cocoa powder using a sieve before serving. While playing the game, you'll see that you can prepare a real tiramisù yourself, too!
