    Ich habe schon mehrere Journal- bzw. Stimmungstracker-Apps getestet und stoic gefällt mir bis jetzt am besten. Dadurch, dass man aufgefordert wird, einen kurzen Text zu schreiben und konkrete Fragen zu beantworten, setzt man sich noch einmal anders mit seinen Gefühlen und dem Tag auseinander, als wenn man bloß irgendwelche Emojis anklickt. Leider sind die Fragen z.T. repetitiv, ich hoffe, dass da vielleicht noch mehr kommt. Ein anderer kleiner Mangel ist, dass die deutschen Übersetzungen manchmal hölzern wirken oder nicht gut zu verstehen sind oder nur der halbe Satz auf deutsch übersetzt ist. Man kann die Sprache aber auf englisch umstellen. Die Zitate, die die App anzeigt, wirken wahnsinnig wahllos und sind für meinen Geschmack etwas zu sehr auf Selbstoptimierung fokussiert. Aber die Kernfeatures sind super, deshalb 5 Sterne.
