    Constant difficulties with logging in. I've registered and am being charged but can't ever get into my account. Also Doesn't work on some devices. Poor experience. Will be canceling my subscription.

    My kids don't like app. Didn't realize set up on auto pay every year. I am asking for a refund and they refuse because I can't provide them with a GPA number. 10 emails so far back and forth and nothing!
