    Absolutely horrible... They lock you in and nickle and dime you at every possible moment. Got a direct line to billing department and they wouldn't give me a breakdown of the prices. Laughable. BBB hates this company and so do I. Don't fall for their trap.

    smart start is a scam my device never works right it constantly fails. I'm in getting failed service like every ten days instead of once a mouth. You have to jump throw hoops to get service. they never told me about the sixty day service to have smart start removed. when you do speak to customer service they send you back to main menu and you have to start over.

    Why is thus company still opening and lying and stealing money from people...lf u are looking...please go and look for another company....BBB told me that... THIS COMPANY HAS A 1+ RATED NUMBER WITH THEM...HORRIBLE AND SCRAMERS???

    They have the worse custumer service,its impossible to get intouch with custumer service..looks like no body work at this company i have choose another company life star much better
