With Saying When, you can get help and keep your concerns about your drinking private. There’s no need to attend meetings or open up in front of a group. It’s a self-help approach that truly is anonymous and can positively influence your health, your job, or your relationships. A PROGRAM THAT WORKS Based on research and evaluation of various treatment methods for patients with alcohol problems Saying When is a self-help program that has a proven track record.
