Description
The Rib Fracture Frailty Index was developed to rapidly characterize baseline frailty of older adults (age ≥65 years) admitted with traumatic rib fractures. Users will be provided with a RFF score, risk of frailty (low, medium, high), and population-level estimates of rib fracture-specific outcomes based on baseline frailty. Disclaimer: Predicted risk should supplement, not replace, management decisions, which should be provider and hospital-specific. Please seek a doctor's advice before making any medical decisions.
