The ReSound Smart 3D app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

    Latest ReSound software update is a disaster. ReSound says software compatible with my Samsung S9. After software update was able to establish connectivity with hearing aids for 4 to 6 hours. Then one of the hearing aids would lose connectivity. Then reboot everything for another 4 to 6 hours. After a week of this unable to establish connectivity. All this for unrequested audio streaming which was poor quality. MORE - bought a new phone - Samsung S22+ - ReSound software works now

    Within the app everything is fairly easy. Main issue is it never saves presets/favorite settings. I'll set up a preset that works the best but then after a day or so it just reverts back to basic settings. Very bad for what this app is meant for.

    Easy to navigate. Able to make custom settings for different situations and love the mute button feature ?
