Welcome to Real Ear Training. This application can help you train both your listening skills as well as your score reading skills. It also provides you with a nice virtual piano keyboard with realistic sounds.

The app is split into multiple sections:
1. Notes recognition - you can train yourself on recognizing bass/treble clef notes.
2. Key Signature recognition - flashcards.
3. Interval recognition - practice recognizing both simple and compound intervals.
4. Chord recognition - learn to recognize chords (Major, Minor, Diminished, Augmented).
5. Piano Keyboard. It features:
- realistic sounds.
- full 88 keys.
- multiple simultaneous key press support.
- multiple key notation styles (English, German, Italian, Japanese, Indian, Korean and Cyrillic).
- ability to zoom in/out.
6. Mode / Scale recognition - learn to recognize scales (Major, Minor and Pentatonic Scales, Diatonic Modes).

For each section you have the option of filtering the questions to suit your needs and skill and you can choose to train your hearing or your score reading skills. Then you can start testing in:
- Test Mode: predefined number of questions in random order, prioritizing the question you answered correctly the least. Progress is recorded in the charts.
- Practice Mode: all questions in random order. When you get to the last question, it starts over automatically. Progress is not recorded in the charts.
