    Fyi - product is insulting to paying customers. All PW apps get hideious reviews because they launch product to early (poor programmers), then PW loses interest in their own product and moves on to next new shiny launch and never updates app. Imagine companies building businesses around app platform that are supposed to integrate with PW and do not work. Crazy. Experience the inspection app- just crazy! And do not think the suggestions are heard. Anyways that is my 2 cents. Just pull the apps off market and move on. The general online software is okay- but PW has been working "New View" for 3 years but have never finished it. A very good example of new shiny then leave a partially finished product out there

    Rarely works properly, freezes at some point every single time I use it. Using an Apple device which is supposed to work better than Android - I can't imagine it working any worse to be honest. So frustrating.
