    I’m having the same issue as a previous reviewer in that the firmware update app won’t connect to the internet. I also tried the web address you previously posted and it just takes me to the instructions to download the app… not to the firmware update file.

    Says it cannot connect to the internet. no other options to do anything, like change settings, or manually connect. cannot play the game without updating, yet cannot update because the app is faulty. Click on puzzlets updater support and it just takes you to an error page. i emailed the company reguarding this looping issue 4 days ago… no response. Tried to call and got a recording saying they are closed. how convenient. tried using a 2016 MacBook Pro running Sierra Mac os 10.12.6, and a PC to no avail. what a joke.
