    Leider hängen viele Nachrichten als unbeantwortet im Posteingang obwohl man mehrfach geantwortet hat. Dies ist erstens sehr nervig, da man nun auf jede Nachricht antworten MUSS und dann ist die Nachricht trotzdem noch offen. Ich bin nur noch dabei den Gästen Nachrichten mehrfach zu schicken, bis der Posteingang leer angezeigt wird. Absolut Kundenunfreundlich und das auch noch in der Hochsaison. Dazu werden nach Buchung die Gastanzahl nicht richtig übertragen, wodurch wieder Mehraufwand entsteht
