This app does not perform well in my experience. App calling has poor quality or drops the call if the network connection changes mid-call. Call-through ends the call before connecting 95% of the time. The app has basically turned my work phone into a pager, because I see a call come in but can't answer it. I just have to call them back later. Texting does work adequately. Update: I submitted multiple requests through the in-app help & feedback page and have not received any response.

Overall I like the app for the ease of being able to take calls when I am away from my desk. A few issues that we are having is that I have to restart my phone (an android) everytime I miss a call due to the small pop-up icon not clearing from my home screen. Two of my coworkers (iphones) have issues with outbound calls not going through. Their issue is random and restarting their phones don't seem to help.
