The NCR SelfServ™ Checkout Remote Attendant RAP application provides a user interface that can run on iPod touch ® through a wireless connection from a RAP server. The RAP server is installed on any supported hardware by the NCR SelfServ™ Checkout desktop RAP. Benefits: •Using NCR SelfServ™ Checkout RAPLite Mobile, your self-checkout attendants can use an iPod touch ® device to easily handle interventions. Handling of interventions can be made configurable at RCMConfig.xml. In addition, you can configure customer-specific interventions in the RCMConfig.000 file. These configurations will determine how these specific interventions will be handled on RAPLite. The possible configurable values are as follows: 0 = The specific intervention will not be handled 1 = The specific intervention will be viewable 2 = The specific intervention will be clearable
