After getting my Apple Watch I immediately tried their Sleep monitoring and found it to be useless. It seems to expect that I have set sleep and wake up times. My work hours change all the time. If I am on graveyard shift I sleep during the day but there are frequent interruptions. I tried a few other apps but none picked up on getting up for a bit then resuming sleep. Napbot can do this!!! There has been a few times where it failed to catch an interruption but for the most part it figures it out without requiring input from me. If my sleep has been lacking I might lat down to watch tv and will doze off. Napbot figures that out and shows the nap even if its only 10 or 15 minutes. I have had to train myself to put my watch on the charger as I start my daily wind down and put it back on my wrist before laying down. It needs a full charge for those times when I get some solid sleep. I would like a capability to save and forward the sleep results for a specific period or even ju...

I don’t always have the most consistent sleep schedule, so I like being able to track my sleep so I know how much sleep I actually get. When I was using a Fitbit, I never had any issues, very rarely would it say I was sleeping if I wasn’t, the most common errors I would get were fitness tracking related. When I got my Apple Watch I immediately realized the sleep tracking that came standard was absolute garbage and started looking for a third party app that would work, this one had great reviews so I gave it a shot. I actually really need to track my sleep right now because I have been having insomnia issues for a few days and I have no idea how much, if any, sleep I’m actually getting. According to this app, I’m getting more than enough sleep, because it decides I’m sleeping every time I sit still or lay down, even if I’m on my phone… last night I woke up at 12:45ish (I didn’t immediately look at my watch) and tossed and turned and stared at the ceiling for hours (until at least 2:15, ...

Hi, I think the app is great at its current stage. The sleep detection works automatically and I found it very useful. I use this along with my watch se. I have one suggestion like can you add bed time and wake-up time trends in the trends section and also allow user to set bedtime and wake-up time along with sleep duration goal. I think this is also very important for the health hygiene along with 8 hrs of sleep. Also can you tweak the graph a little bit for some visual appeal. Thanks!!

EDIT: After a couple days the apnea tab did finally show up. Unfortunately that’s where the good news stops. This thing is all over the board in regards to accuracy and is very limiting on the data it gives you and the options for calibration. I have tried the suggested Sleep Focus Mode with little difference in results. Skip it and choose one of the other well rated sleep trackers. The one I mentioned below is my personal favorite and is vastly more expansive in customization and WAY more accurate. I purchased a new Apple Watch and downloaded and signed up for the “pro” version of this app to track potential sleep apnea as I suspect I may have issue with apnea. Despite touting it in the app store and showing images of a apnea tab on marketing, there’s no option for this in the app. I normally use AutoSleep which is far more detailed and doesn’t require a subscription but currently doesn’t have apnea tracking. There’s zero reason to use this app over AutoSleep if it can’t in fact do ...

If you want to try the app out do not pay for premium as it riddled with bugs that for me using a iPhone 11 and Series 5 basically turned the app into nothing but one screen that stayed frozen eternally set on the first screen. Maybe with a massive amount of bug fixes and the most basic of tools in place it could be justified as premium but for now given the amount of bugs and features that are not accessible I do not believe that the app is more than a free version. For the developer to say the app “learns over time” is a big stretch for me to imagine, as he confirmed you can not edit the inaccuracies, so what is it actually learning from? Most apps use motion and heart rate however what exactly is bases for this app as neither of those seem to apply. It has tracked me as asleep when eating dinner and moving around at any given time of day etc. and I have checked all the permissions more than once and done power cycles on both devices as well not force closed the app based the on deve...
