Use the MyUCSDHealth app to manage your health information and communicate with your doctor on your mobile devices.

With the MyUCSDHealth app you can:
· Review test results, medications, immunization history, and more
· Stay in touch with your physician
· Manage your appointments
· View and pay your bill
· Access your family’s health information

You must first create an account by accessing the MyUCSDChart website at myucsdchart.ucsd.edu and requesting an activation code.

    This program would be fabulous IF on the computer one could also use the sign in using a numerical code like one can on the cell phone.
