The app never works. After logging in it just keeps loading. I tried reinstalling the app but it won't work ?

Technical issues I am really sorry for such terrible experience with app. It does not work properly in addition to did not showing any information. I hope that you give us a feed back as there is no response for our emails about the issue The website also is not the perfect, that's why we can not complete our mission

The app is not the best for learning because I've been missing the class for almost a month as I keep seeing a blank page when I login. There's even no option to use chrome or other browsers. It sucks
