    i love it, i have a journal irl but im online a lot, this really helps for when i wanna write down my affirmations, my feelings or when i js wanna write, i also have an affirmations app, i think its very good for self care and it boosted my confidence writing them down and reading them, its called "I am--daily affirmations" (if u wanted to know) but its a really good app.
