    The stupidest app+customer service ever. No communication no appropriate approach. No affective answer. If you ever ask they will spin you around your self. They sent me an email to expect a delivery next day. I postponed my travel my work and stayed the whole day in the house expecting they call.nocall not even a sorry.This is the 3rd day after the email. And still waiting. When ever you call they tell you expect the call in the next 48hrs.and that 48 hrs never came and even msging via whts ?

    There isn't any real online customer service with this app (they make you wait days to respond, which so annoying), the app/website is very messed up, the prices are too high, no promotional codes provided and I can't use my IKEA Family Card. The online buyable items are still not buyable at the checkout. It is a total mess, and I'll make sure this would be the last time I buy anything from Ikea. I won't recommand it.
