    Choose another scooter Brand! The Material on the scooter handles was very sticky and therefore dirty. In addition exelleration didn't always work and you had to push down the button multiple times. If you unlock the broken scooter they still charge you, eventhough you aren't able to drive. When topping up the wallet, money is still taken from your credit card. I still have 3 euros in my wallet I cant get back, because everytime I use the scooter it only takes the money from my credit card.

    Questionable. Helbiz didnt show the "stop ride" button when i stopped my ride. Just an empty screen..No idea why. I had been in a correct area to park. There had been more helbiz scooters next to mine. Looked perfect. But it didnt work..I then reported a problem, sending a photo. Obviously no reaction as it was sunday. Later i had to walk home. I launched the app again, a kilometer away from the parking. So finally there had been the "stop ride" button. 6€60 for nothing. Be careful with this com

    3 mal wurde berechnet ohne das ich den scooter benutzen konnte! App wird gelöscht und ich werde nie wieder einen Scooter mieten!
