Description
Furballs is an addictive iPhone game that combines the two popular game genres of path-drawing and match three into one package. Using the familiar "tap and draw" control system made popular by Flight Control, you must guide the colorful furballs through space to make matches. As you progress, special objects appear such as meteors which can burn furballs, comets which freeze them, wildcard furballs and satellites too. Furballs features original music, sound effects and over 150 levels of ever increasing difficulty. The level selection menu allows you to continue playing where you left off or to load already completed levels. Every five levels, you can take a quick break from the action and watch a short furball cartoon. Furballs is a "hard to put down" game which offers hours of entertainment. **************************************************** FEATURES: **************************************************** ▸ Over 150 levels of ever increasing difficulty ▸ Original sound effects ▸ Level selection menu ▸ In-game tutorial ▸ High score submission ▸ Play your own music ▸ Hours and hours of gameplay! I've played the Flash version of this game online, but I think the iPhone version is even better and more natural to navigate with your index finger. This game is stupid fun! Really easy to learn and play, with tons of challenging levels to keep you cranking away. I also like the BlockDrop game from the same author. Try em both. -- Jon

Anyone who has looked for a game that raises the stakes for two well-established genres (line drawing and match three) should have Furballs on his/her iPhone or iPod Touch. This is a game that is way more than the sum of its parts. Let me count the ways. One, the game infuses the quirkiness of cartoony artwork with breathtaking realistic graphics to produce a vibrant game environment that isn't adequately captured by the game screenshots.  These furballs aren't just floating around, they wear animated expressions and make the cutest sounds. They'd love to help you out, but once they get stuck on another furball they have this "Aw, shucks" look that makes you feel a bit guilty for putting them in such a predicament. Two, these furballs are, to borrow a word from my native language, malikot. It's hard to pin them down much less keep them on the path that you've drawn for them. The frenzied pace of the game and  unpredictability of the movement of the furballs sets this game apart from ...

I have played the flash version of this game, but must say I do prefer being able to steer the furballs with my finger. I find this game to be fun and challenging. It gets tricky really quickly, but I really enjoy it. The furballs are super cute with their googly eyes. Blockdrop is another winner by the same developer. This game is a winner!

When you've got a few minutes to kill this game is worth the small price. It is easy to learn unlike many other games.
