This is a great way to find a new roommate or place. There's a free option but you can also upgrade for $35/month. It's quite steep, but easy to end once you find your ideal roomie and, honestly, worth it. ? Used it twice now and will certainly use again in the future. Far better than trying to navigate Facebook groups, etc.

Paid, not once but twice the "subscriptions" and multiple times the ads stays on and the room been already taken or most of the time no reply at all from the owners. Other apps that aren't dedicated to find places/flatmates they do better job and for free. Save your time and specially money.

Ive found places with electricity/water/WiFi included in rent.Lotta lodges & Places Google didnt pick up on but flatmates did. (Because google rather show paid adds as first results). But flatmates is simply to find cheaper rentals. Apps good and free. Pretty straight forward.

I created rent listing and potnetial tenants were messaging me but no messages were delivered to me, finally they got delivered after 15 days when it was already rented out. All delayed messages had this tag line "This message was created on xyz date but was delayed due to verification on early bird status".
