ezRide Dallas offers offline trip planning in the public transport system of Dallas (DART).

Just pick your departure and destination point and get a list of suggested routes including all the transfers and scheduled departure/arrival times sorted by the time of departure. You can then view detailed information of the routes, display them on a map etc.

I have relied on ezRide since 2016. After 6 years this is still my undisputed winner! It is still the most accurate with up-to-date information available. It is much more accurate and is well organized in an intuitive way that is much easier to use than the Dallas Area Rapid Transit's own app or website. The cost to register is unbelievably low after the full month of free full access trial period. I compared several apps but this one always outperforms all the others.
