    I have recently become a contact lenses wearer and doing these exercises both with and without my lenses have greatly increased that tiered eye feeling you get towards the end of the day. The interface is clean and simple and work well with Apples health kit. Great app that gets the job done without having to shell out for apps similar that require a subscription. I did the full in-app purchase and was worth every penny, if only to fund the developer. Would be nice if we could have a selection of themes to customise both app and icon.
