    Erratic updates making app unreliable. Frequent outages with inadequate / incomplete troubleshooting instructions. Non-response from tech support. L-o-n-g wait times on hold. I'm NOT impressed.

    App doesn't show real time Watts per panel. Only kWh production is available. I understand that Enphase has blocked this information for end users. Any idea why?

    Pathetic! System shows minimal information and zero real time. It has no comparison capability year over year, or day to day. YOU must supply internet to get 15 minute delayed information, otherwise once every 6 hours. Buy something else if available.

    Takes me to all the information provided by Enphase. It's comforting that I can check operation anytime and from anyplace there's Internet. We have two other arrays (not Enphase) that required a physical visit to confirm operation status. In the winter that's difficult, and one inverter was down two months before we noticed our energy bill was higher. Enphase eliminates all the worry!
