    I see a great potential in this app, first time I checked it up was at the end of 2019 after reading Van Der Kolk's "The body keeps the score" I think it wasn't very much developed back then. You really need to add 2 things as for now: - normal time setting mode, either android one or with keyboard(writing time /w keyboard) - sounds, custom sounds to breathing practices, take a look at better apps - remove bigs ... Also - where can I measure optimal for my hrv breathing intervals?

    Amazing app, would like to have an option to record heart activity during the night. Im a freediver, the app help alot during the competition prep. Kudos!
