As part of checking in with the Kiosk app, your patients can quickly and privately update their demographic information (name, address, etc.) directly on the iPad.     A good start but glitchy and does not send ID document to the right field in eCW. Also requires recurring user log in too frequently as time-out settings for app can’t be turned off even when operating in protected mode.

    There needs to be a way for the app to not time out. We had a patient filling out a questionnaire and the app timed out in the middle of it and had to start all over. It’s very frustrating! It’s a good concept, but it is unreliable and requires a lot of extra work.
