    I wish I could understand how to synchronize, I keep getting errors like bc100_309 and gen100_207 or so, this must be the worst app connection ever

    The dashboard cannot load. The screen just hanged. So I cannot send my measurement from the weight scale. It has been weeks since I reported the fault. Still not working. 17 Aug 2022 - uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same problem as before.

    Very poor connection with decathlon connect. Gives error most of the time. The support keeps on sending me apologies and links to user guide. Very bad

    Doesn't always connect or record weight. Have reinstalled app numerous times but getting errors and inconsistent connections.
