    Ich bin ein absoluter Anfänger in Sachen Laufen, bin schwer übergewichtig und hatte deshalb keine wirkliche Ausdauer, weswegen ich das Laufen schnell aufgegeben habe. Nun benutze ich die App mit dem Programm schon 2 Wochen und muss jetzt schon sagen, dass ich 10 mal besser laufen und aufrechter gehen kann! Das Programm macht einen nie wirklich fertig, sondern ich habe nach dem kühl gehen gleich wieder volle Energie. Ich bin einfach begeistert, dass das nicht nur bei Normalgewichtigen Menschen funktioniert ??????

    Ich bin mit der App angefangen zu laufen. Vielleicht ist es wichtig zu sagen, dass ich wirklich nicht sportlich bin. Zur Zeit bin ich in Woche vier.... tatsächlich habe ich es geschafft 2x 3 min und 2x5 min am Stück zu joggen. Zwar nur langsam, aber ok! Ich freue mich über jedes Ping, welches mir sagt dass ich jetzt kurz "Pause" habe oder die Hälfte geschafft habe! Für Einsteiger zu empfehlen! Mal schauen wie weit ich noch komme! So... ich bin fertig mit den 8 Wochen.... ich habe es tatsächlich geschafft 30 Minuten am Stück zu joggen!!! Nur zu empfehlen!
