    I like it they are slow sometimes at getting what I bought! But is better then wish I am getting ready for my vacation and this app is good.

    This store is the worst! This was the first and last time shopping from this store. I ordered 8 items for the first time because everything looks great on the pictures they put. First, it took two months to receive the first package even thought it said 15-20days shipping and it came in 4 different packages in 4 different times. Second, when I did get the items I was extremely disappointed because the material was very cheap and ugly, they looked nothing like on the pictures. The sizes are very confusing because even though I ordered some mediums and some larges because I wasn’t sure about the sizes, some of the mediums were too big and the larges were too small to fit. I contacted the customer service multiple times but all they told me was I can return it and it costs more than $50 for shipping. I ended up paying for shipping and returned some of them and threw away the rest since I refused to pay for shipping again. The process was so aggravating and annoying! I lost a lot of money...

    I’ve place four orders with them totaling well over $500. Three of the four orders were messed up. This last one was the final draw. I placed an order for 15 items. They sent me a message saying one item was out of stock but instead of crediting my card back they wanted me to keep it as store credit. It took 4 days to win that battle. Secondly, I accidentally ordered two of one item. While I’m sure folks may mean to do this I wish they would’ve asked if it was an error because they won’t take it back as a return (which I do understand). The icing on the cake was one item was missing and they won’t do anything about it because I don’t have pictures of the original package it came in. Still don’t understand why it’s needed or why they think I’d be lying about a $10 item when I just spent $215. Anyway, IF you’re looking for any type of customer service, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

    I wish I could post a screenshot of the other online shops (aliases) this Co. goes by. This Co. goes by several different names and has multiple sites with the same items, same pictures, same "deals," same prices. Just copy & paste the name of any of their items in Google search and a bunch of other websites with the alternative aliases will come up. Tell-tale sign of a FAKE COMPANY. Do Not fall into this trap! If the model's heads all being cropped out wasn't a red flag to you already. Scam sites use pictures stolen from legitimate websites to trick potential customers into believing they sell good quality items. It's a stolen pic if the head is cut off bc they dont want the original picture to be easy to find and the model wont be identifiable. ?????
