    Customer Support is appallingly unhelpful. Responded a day late about a missing item I had the day before. The refund of the missing product is not enough if you respond a day late on chats, defeats the whole purpose of the medium. If there were large queues there would be an automated message stating so, otherwise I would presume I have been lied to and been brushed aside. They have yet to give me the survey of the chat.

    Worst delivery service. You cannot contact them other than in app DM, which takes hours or days to respond. Drivers have multiple times, marked the order as delivered, but nothing is ever delivered. Stay away, rather use Mr D, pay that bit extra.
