Our family visited the drive thru on the Grand Opening of the Hudson Oaks store! We have been anticipating this for months since moving away from the Keller store to Springtown 4 yrs ago... you guys did not disappoint!!! The snow cones were amazing as usual and the service was awesome... considering training was still going on, as to be expected. We live 30 min away and will continue to make the drive... so so happy y'all are here, closer to us now!! Keep on being awesome! We did miss the "yo yo yo, want some snow" though! Y'all are awesome!

TL;DR; App doesn’t store order in a local database and so if the app refreshes you have to readd everything to your order. My family loves Bahama Bucks, but this app gets frustrating! This app is mainly a way to order ahead. That’s its main function. But, there is a bug, or coding oversight which makes this app frustrating to use. If you are creating an order and get a phone call in, say from your wife who is out running errands and is going to be the one picking up said order, then you go back to the app after the phone call, the app refreshes and everything you had put in your cart is gone. ? When your kids are particular and want special changes to their treats, this issue becomes infuriating as you have to go back and readd every detail. This is just one of three scenarios that occurred today making me have to repeat the order (as we didn’t know exactly when she’d be able to pickup the order). This place has the best colorful tasty snow and now the app is so easy to use!! I like that I don’t need my punch card anymore (my children would forget all the time to get my punches). All I do is show my app & I get credit for unused punch cards! I love this app and Bahama Buck’s!! Customer for life!
