    This tool is great for giving a virtual “pat on the back” to a fellow teammate who helped you out, but it will occasionally log you out entirely or take longer than usual to load up. Additionally, the app is nearly impossible to use on iPadOS, as they have not configured it for a landscape mode nor adjusted the text and box sizes for mobile screens larger than a standard phone

    I am very disappointed with that app. My work uses it for employee recognition, which is a great thing to do, but this app is very good at telling me “session expired” and it has been doing this recently more. I attempt to login through the app multiple, and it accepts the login...just to load for a few seconds and say session has expired! I cannot even log in anymore! I tried to close the app out completely and also reinstall it, but it has been continuing! An app that is support to help make lives easier in the workplace is just making things more difficult, which is obviously my personal view. While I appreciate all this app can do, please work on a fix for this issue!
