Paying close attention to every detail of how each ingredient mixed in the large boiling pot, they came to produce not just the 7 Leaves Herbal Tea, but a vision. A vision to create a company that brings together the best products from various cultures around the world and apply the finer details to make them even better. Details such as consistent product quality, exceptional customer service, and a nurturing environment were added to the equation that encompasses the culture of 7 Leaves.     If anyone hasn’t noticed on their statement yet I would take a look. When I downloaded the app and decided to skip the line and order via the app it wasn’t until after I paid that I noticed they’re charging you more to do that which seems to me like it’s an extra tax due to the covid pandemic. I love 7 leaves but what’s the point of using the app to skip the line if they’re just going to take advantage and charge us more for the same drinks. Also if you didn’t notice the sizes for the drinks only start with regular and to get an actual large they charge you an “upsize” fee which is odd. I feel like large should also be an option without the upsize fee..

    Much like everyone else the app does not work for me. When trying to order ahead I can’t select from any of the menus options. I’m just stuck tapping away at a still stand screen. The only way I’ve been able to even remotely order is if I choose from the reorder history. Other then that I guess it works but they definitely NEED to fix that issue. I love ordering from here every other day. But the app is all most pointless to have the only thing you can pretty much use it for is scanning in for points each time you visit. I have it three stars just because I’m kinda able to order ahead.

    The double click to pay “slide button” on iPhone 13 pro, iOS 15.1.1 doesn’t work. It does nothing when double click to pay, it fails before the Face ID verification step. The feature works on my phone when using other apps such as Starbucks and Coffee Beans so this seems to be specific to the 7 leaves app and the iPhone 13 pro with latest iOS 15.1.1. Please check it out and fix this bug .

    7 Leaves is great and is delicious, and I’m glad they have a loyalty program, but buttons in the app don’t work. For example, when I go to order ahead and pick up in store, when I try to press the coffee or tea buttons, nothing happens. I have deleted and redownloaded the app numerous times in hopes of fixing this and have seen reviews that it has been fixed. I talked to staff in person and they said that it has been happening to multiple customers. It’s there a possibility this could be fixed?

    Trying to order for pickup but when I go to add a payment method, a blank white screen pops up and nothing happens. Tried WiFi vs. cellular and also deleted and reinstalled but still didn’t work. Since there isn’t an option to pay in-store, this issue makes the app essentially unusable for making orders. Nice interface though. Will change my rating once they fix the issue. EDIT 6/1/20: Issue was fixed. Thanks!
